    A delightful place, perfectly positioned for walking to the Historic District venues and restaurants for the Book Festival. Warm and inviting, beautifully decorated, and very homey. Loved that it let us experience the historic architecture, but with all the modern comforts. Super clean and well supplied (kitchen and bathrooms). Matt was very helpful and friendly. Really felt like being invited to stay at a friend’s vacation home. Highly recommend!

    Matt's place was great! My husband and I stayed and had a great time. This place was is in a great location, within short walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beautiful squares and cemetery you want to walk through. But not on a busy street so it was quiet at night. The bed was super comfy. The place was clean and new looking. We really appreciated all the amenities, especially because we like to pack light for our trips. I also appreciated the simple check in and check out instructions. We plan to come back!

    Matt's place was well situated in the city to walk anywhere for actives, site seeing, and great restaurants. The place is easy to find, easy to get into, was in pristine shape, and comfy. I love it had the washer and dryer too which helped keep me down to just a carry-on for the plane ride. I'd highly recommend Matt's place and will definitely stay here again when I come back!

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place was great! Very good for solo travelers and couples. The guest cottage was tastefully decorated, elegantly furnished, and clean. The neighborhood is fantastic -- walkable to pretty much anywhere within the historic parts of the city. Lastly, Matt was very responsive and sent lots of recommendations in advance. Would definitely book this cottage again!

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved the property. It smelled fresh and clean upon entry. Attention to detail is noticeable. Decor is lovely and can't think of anything that's missing. We even used the umbrella for our short walk to The Olde Pink House. Location is perfect and communication quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
